We specialize in torch down roofing, a process that utilizes heat to literally melt the base of the roofing material to the roof to create a long lasting weatherproof barrier even on flat roofs of decks to create a permanent waterproof seal.

We are experts in tile and real slate. This type of roof is the most beautiful and durable roofing material known to man. For centuries, it’s been the roofing material of choice for the world’s greatest buildings. In fact, some slate roofs have lasted for literally hundreds of years.

We offer PVC roofing systems. PVC roofing materials are a highly-engineered, flexible, thermoplastic membrane manufactured using an ultraviolet-resistant polyvinyl chloride and a DuPont™ Elvaloy® KEE (ketone ethylene ester) formulation. It provides excellent weathering characteristics, high tensile strength and long-term flexibility. It also exhibits excellent resistance to harsh chemicals and industrial pollutants.

We also offer installation of composition shingles. Composition shingles are a good choice for a clean look at an affordable price. Higher-quality versions made from asphalt or fiberglass shingles offer a more durable option and may be available with recycled content. Composition shingles come in a large selection of types, brands and colors. Versatile, they adapt easily to different applications. They are relatively easy to install, and in some applications can be nailed in place over an existing roof. They require low maintenance and can be walked on without damaging the material. Most brands offer Class A fire protection.

We stand behind our work and warranty labor for up to five years and on some systems we can offer a 20yr. no dollar limit warranty on labor and materials. We offer roofing maintenance plans, insurance inspection and emergency leak repair.
